The Institute of Information Management (IIM) - Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme As a professional body, the Institute of Information Management encourages its members to undertake continuing professional development activities at all levels of membership. Although the scheme is only compulsory for Members from the IIM Professional Grade.

The Institute of Information Management (IIM) certification programme is designed with the aim of developing professional competence in the ever growing complexity of Information Management, serving as a resource for grooming qualified professionals in the area of capacity building, technical and academic competence in the field of information management and security.

Institute of Information Management (IIMA), Africa is an Independent Non-profit Professional Association Approved by the Federal Ministry of Education (FME), Nigeria with the consent of the Attorney General of the Federation. IIM is registered with CAC (RC 1125723), incorporated under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990

Membership, Categories, Fees & Conditions IIM offers the following categories of membership. Interested applicants are expected to pay the prescribed fee(s) to maintain their membership. an Individual Membership of IIM is open to any Individual or Person operating within the information management or related discipline with interest in the objectives and purposes of IIMA.
