Mission

The mission of the Library, Documentation & Publications Working Group is to manage, expand, and promote access to authoritative Information Management knowledge resources while supporting the Institute’s research and professional development objectives.


Objectives

The Working Group is responsible for:

  • Managing and developing IIM’s library and e-library services
  • Overseeing documentation, records, and publication initiatives
  • Advising the Board and Management on knowledge management strategies
  • Coordinating research, surveys, and publications
  • Collaborating with the Standards Working Group on documentation standards
  • Organizing training programs, exhibitions, and knowledge-sharing events
