Mission

The mission of the Standards Working Group is to identify, develop, review, and promote applicable Information Management standards across all stages of the information lifecycle and across diverse sectors of the economy.


Objectives

The Education Working Group is responsible for:
  • Identifying the educational and professional development needs of IIM members
  • Designing and delivering high-quality, value-added learning programs
  • Reviewing and updating IIM educational policies and curricula
  • Facilitating collaboration with academic institutions, professional bodies, and industry partners
  • Recommending joint educational programs and certifications
  • Promoting innovation and best practices in professional learning and development
