Mission

The mission of the Membership Working Group is to attract new members, retain existing members, and enhance member value by ensuring that members are informed, engaged, and recognized for their professional contributions.


Objectives

Key objectives include:

  • Developing and implementing annual membership recruitment and retention strategies
  • Establishing mechanisms to involve members in committees, programs, and initiatives
  • Conducting membership assessments and surveys to improve member satisfaction
  • Reviewing and recommending membership categories and benefits
  • Collaborating with the Public Relations Working Group to promote the Institute’s professional image


Activities

Activities of the Membership Working Group include:

  • Identifying potential new members and institutional partners
  • Introducing and inducting new members into the Institute
  • Providing orientation and information on IIM governance, programs, and opportunities
  • Promoting active participation in Institute activities and professional development programs
