INTRODUCTION 

1. PURPOSE

The Institute of Information Management (IIM) is committed to excellence, transparency, and member value creation. To strengthen service delivery and deepen member participation, IIM has established the Accredited Service Partner (IASP) Framework.

This framework enables qualified IIM members to deliver professional services to the Institute under a structured, transparent, and performance-driven model. 

2. OBJECTIVES OF THE FRAMEWORK

  • Improve operational efficiency and service quality
  • Encourage active participation and professional engagement among members
  • Provide economic and professional value to IIM members
  • Maintain strong governance, accountability, and brand integrity

3. WHO CAN APPLY

Applications are open to:

  • Financially active IIM individual members
  • Corporate members of IIM
  • Members with demonstrable expertise in relevant service areas

 4. SERVICE CATEGORIES

Accreditation may be granted in the following categories:

  • Training, Education & Capacity-Building Services
  • Public Relations, Media & Strategic Communications
  • Publicity, Press & Content Dissemination
  • Event Management, Coverage & Documentation
  • Printing, Publishing & Knowledge Products
  • Souvenirs, Branding & Promotional Materials
  • Digital, Web & Technology Services
  • Research, Policy & Knowledge Services
  • Marketing, Partnerships & Business Development
  • Administrative, Secretariat & Operational Support
  • Professional, Legal & Assurance Support (As Needed)

 5. GOVERNANCE & TRANSPARENCY

  • Committees provide technical recommendations only
  • Procurement, contracting, and approvals are handled exclusively by IIM Management and Secretariat
  • Accreditation does not guarantee contracts
  • All engagements are competitive and performance-based

 6.  ACCREDITATION VALIDITY

  • Valid for one (1) year
  • Subject to annual review and performance evaluation
  • Renewable based on satisfactory performance and compliance

 7.  HOW TO APPLY

Interested members in good-standing should:

  • Submit required supporting documents
  • Await assessment and notification from the Secretariat
